Rod ends are ready-to-install components for connecting rods, levers or housing parts and consist of a housing with an integrated radial spherical plain bearing. They enable oscillating movements, angular compensation and backlash-free force transmission even under changing loads.
Depending on the design, internal or external threads are available – in right-hand or left-hand thread variants – as well as different sliding pairings, such as maintenance-free PTFE designs or relubricatable steel/steel combinations.
