Our laboratory services are aimed at OEM and MRO customers, manufacturing companies and development offices that place the highest demands on precision and verification. All services are modular in design and can be combined individually. For testing that is precisely tailored to your requirements.
Our testing laboratory – equipped for precision
The laboratory is equipped with manual measuring instruments and computer-assisted measuring systems and is air-conditioned to a standard temperature of 21 °C in order to avoid measurement errors caused by temperature differences between the measuring instruments and the test specimen.
The following are determined:
- Dimensional tolerances and form accuracy
- Surface structures and contours
- Vibration and noise analyses
The measurement results are evaluated in accordance with the relevant standards or customer-specific specifications. All reports are available in system and PDF format without the need for special software.
